We have recently upgraded from 6710 to 8700 BB's..
I have noticed that some Users still using Outlook 97 are having issues with their contacts.
e.g When sending an email from the BB and selecting from their contacts the BB states that the email address cannot be found although that this is in place in the Outlook.
I have tried deleting and re-adding the email address in the outlook contacts
deleting and re-adding the BES account/re enterprise activating
Basically you name it Ive tried it!
Has anyone had this before? and if so can you help!
