Default Calendar Sync Woes solved but where is the util? - 10-05-2006, 03:35 PM

I have a user that is having problems with appts on the BB making it up to outlook. Other way around is fine. SO...looking at the logs, I have determined it to be a IDispatch #1271 error. Simple enough to fix but RIM support base says I need calprop.zip and setcalstore.zip to fix the issue but where the hey are the files???? I have googled, searched RIM's downloads, etc you name it and no joy.

Anyway have these two files or know where I can get them?

Thanks a ton!
Keith

FTP download, you need to contact Tsupport for access to those.

Call your carrier, describe what you want and they will put you through to RIM. RIM should be able to email those to you.

And you should buy a Tsupport contract anyway, it's a good deal for free software upgrades.

Yeah, just completed the online purchase for TSupport. It is a good idea anyway like you said. They said 3-5 Business days...yikes! Hopefully its ready before that.

Thanks again TB!
