Post OTA only syncs Messeges dating back a week or two??? - 10-05-2006, 07:12 PM

Im confused! When doing a OTA the user's messeges load to the BB only dating back a week or two.... but others go as far back as a year ago. Looking at the persons outlook, the messages are there but are not syncing to the BB. Could someone shed some light on this? thanks!

the number of messages brought down via a OTA activation is defaulted at 200 if I recall correctly, it's a configurable option via the BES Management Console

It's defaulted to 200 or 5 days worth of email, whichever is the greater. All my BES servers are 4.1 now which is graphically quite a bit different (worse if you ask me) to 4.0 so I can only tell you where it is in 4.1 (can't remember the old location). What version of 4.x are you using????
