Is there a quick link that someone can point me to that i can give to a company that will help them load their corporate directory ?

anyone? Just need a quick guide to give to a customer that will help walk them through this.

What do you mean exactly, when you say "load their corporate directory"?

Is this something directly relating to BES, or is this more of a side question?

More of a side question, in case anyone knows....Trying to help out a customer and win some points. Customer wants to know how to get all of their corp contacts into the Global Directory.

All their personal contacts into the Global Directory or just the Global Directory? From what I've seen the only contacts loaded up at activation and then from wireless synchs are those that are already in the user's outlook profile under contacts, which is not the global directory. BUT the global directory is availble using the 'lookup' feature when searching through your contacts on the BB.
