Does anyone have any issues with Cloudmark and Blackberry after upgrading to SP2?
Before I installed SP2, we did not get any Spam forwarded to the handhelds, as we have a 15-second delay. It worked well, thanks to the ProcessMailDelay entry in the registry.
However, one person got the Pearl and for some of the functionalities, we upgraded BES to 4.1.2 and since then, even with the ProcessMailDelay in the registry, Spam are getting through. The problem is sporatic as well. Sometimes, Spam are not re-directed, but other times, six or seven get through. We tried setting the delay key to 30, 45 seconds and even a minute, and Spam are still getting through.
Contacted Blackberry Support and they recommended increasing the delay every 15 seconds, up to a maximum of two minutes. However, we really can't afford a two-minute delay as we have testers who stand in front of servers all day long making configuration changes, and need almost-immediate email feedback.
Also contacted Cloudmark and have yet to hear from them. There was a cached web page on Google that says:

But the actual page is no longer there on the Cloudmark servers. They now recommend a 45 second delay, which doesn't work for us.
Is anyone else having similar problems? It seems to hit the one person who has a Pearl the most, however, I do have other users who use the 7280 and 7290 who are having similar problems.
