Exclamation Exchange 2003 with BES 4.0--HELP!!! - 10-16-2006, 07:29 PM

I'm installing Exchange 2003 on a Win2003 Server already Running BES 4.0 and Citrix Metaframe Presnataion Server 4.0.

When Logged in as the system Admin, I keep getting Invalid properties in Message Service Table every time I try to edit the MAPI table. when logged in as the BlackberryAdmin I don't get the errors. Yet...

None of my blackberry users can send or receive messages. Their mailboxes still reside on an Exchange 2000 server Running W2K SP4. I need to eventually migrate all of the mailboxes to the Win2003 Server.

Can anyone help me?

I just had the same problem. Try removing any of the existing MAPI profiles.

It should ask to recreate when you open the BlackBerry Manager and in the Server Configuration on the BlackBerry Server tab.

I fixed the MAPI Profile...but still no messages in or out...No errors in the event log. Any troubleshooting ideas, or do I just need to Pay RIM?

I think when you tell RIM the above they won't touch you. It's well documented that having BES running on the same machine as Exchange is an unsupported configuration.
