Newb BES Questions -

Hi guys. I'm going to give a lot of background because I don't know what is and is not relevant information.
My company has several blackberries with Nextel service. I had one assigned to me also (a 7520). Because of coverage issues, I switched to Verizon and upgraded my bb to a 7130e. I'm the only one at my company now with verizon as a carrier; everyone else is still nextel. We have been simply forwarding e-mails from our exchange server to our devices.
We recently purchased a BES and use Exchange 2003. Our admin has successfully added all of the nextel users' devices to the BES and they're synching up great. When he tries to add me, and I attempt wireless activation, i get the timed out "server not responding" message. Upon closer inspection, he is adding me to the BES from a previous list of nextel users, which means when he adds me, my old nextel bb pin appears in the list. The list appears to be either generated by or stored in the exchange server (maybe not?). I'm not quite sure where the list comes from actually.
After reading through this forum, I'm confident that my verizon bb can coexist on the BES with the nextel bb's, as the BES appears to be carrier independent.
Is my problem that my verizon bb's pin is not being included on the list? If so, how do we amend my account (for lack of a better term) to include my current pin?
If I've sufficiently confused everyone, maybe I just need a quick walkthrough on how to delete my old entry (with the old nextel bb pin) and add my new verizon bb with the new pin. Should we stop mail forwarding to my verizon bb from the exchange server while we do this? I'm getting the BES activation e-mail on my bb, but I'm not actually getting it in my inbox in Outlook.
Thanks guys!
