Default Remove a licence number from a BES - 10-19-2006, 05:02 AM

Hi,

I'd like to know how to remove a device licence from a BES ?

Explanations :
one of my clients has 2 BES for Exchange, and they'd like to transfer a licence number from one BES to another (they have separate remote SQL databases). My problem is that there is no "remove" or "uninstall" button to remove a licence number !

I thought about removing the licence number directly in the SQL database, but before doing this, I wanted to ask you if there is a better way (a safer way) to do this ?

Thank you very much in advance

If you have multiple CALs in the license manager you should be able to right click remove one. (Depending on version maybe you could post that)
