Question transIDs mismatch - 10-19-2006, 11:15 AM

Hi guys,

I'm trying to activate a BB and it is freezing on activating email address. It doesn't get any further.
I've tried the usual wiping the device, recreating the account on the BES server and changing the activation password.

I've just noticed that in the logs on the server I get transIDs mismatch when attempting the activation. I didn't get any hits off google so was wondering if anyone had seen this before.

[40282] (10/19 15:31:28):{0x19A4} {email address} Queuing DATA from [email address], Tag=-1978488446, EntryId=2780811

[40279] (10/19 15:31:28):{0x1E08} {email address} SubmitToRelaySendQ, Tag=-1978488446

Thanks in advance,

Alex

You may wanty to check with your mobile service provider that you have a device that has been provisioned for Enterprise use rather than the BlackBerry Internet service.

The latter won't allow a device to be activated on a BES.

Hence the transIDs mismatch error .
