Hi I am just performed the reboot after upgrading from Sp1 to Sp2.

When I go to enter the details for the BlackberryMDS account it fails to connect.

It looks to be just a bad password. But if this isnt the correct password then I am not sure what I can do as it is the only one i have. I have tried changing the account name so it can create another but this returns the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks to be one of those obscure SQL update errors for the MDS Services database. I'd recommend verifying you have the correct username/password and permissions to that database. At this point, though, you may be too far in the process with no means of a rollback, so you may just want to contact RIM. They've had to correct a LOT of issues with upgrading the schema for the MDSS database ...and that is the main reason I'll refuse to install that option.

Verify said it right, this looks like a permissions issue. Have you made any changes to your database? Upgrading BES with MDS is tricky and you will face issue with MDS. My suggestion is to double check permissions & do a re-installation. (I hope you backed up your database before doing the upgrade)

Also, re-installing MSXML v4 SP2 may help.
