Anyone have the documentation on how to upgrade from version 2.2 to 4.1? I want to do an upgrade not a clean install. Thanks

blackberry.com lots of resources..but assuming you're still on 2.2. suggest you are on notes, and therefore might have a large number of users. Personally I'd do a new install on new kit (subj to budget) then move users over. Old box can serve as backup or test bed..

I tend to prefer nice fresh installs with new databases with moves from such an older version to a newer one. I'm not actually sure that you can go straight from 2.2 to 4.1 but I'm not a Domino person - I know in Exchange that if you want to upgrade to 4.0 you need to be running 3.6.3 so there's probably something similar with Domino based BES servers - the installation documentation should clarify that one for you. If you're running 2.2 you may find your current hardware is not strong enough to go to 4.1 so check your specs as well.
