Default unable to open database for user - 10-25-2006, 10:35 AM

I'm having a problem with one of my Exchange servers. We're at BES 4.0.4 and Exchange 5.5 SP4.

When I try to add a user from that server we get a popup dialog box:
Title: BlackBerry Enterprise Server Management
Description: Failed to add user Smith, John to the BlackBerry Server. Unable to open mailbox for user. The user's mailbox may have been deleted. ("OK" button).

and an application Event warning:
Event ID: 20000
Source: BESManMMC
Type: Warning
Description: Failed to add user Smith, John to the BlackBerry Server. Unable to open database for user

It sounds like a permissions problem, right? But the Besadmin account is a service account on all the servers, the permissions look the same across all of them. I tried restoring the database to two days ago, but the error still persists. What else could be causing this problem?

Never mind, it was all the servers that I couldn't access, not just one. We are preparing to migrate to Exchange 2003 and they changed permissions recently. The Besadmin permissions were fine, it was my own permissions that were jacked up.
