Default NEW BES Admin

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
I'ma new BES admin after our previous one left the company. I'm needing to move the BES 3.6 from a 2000 machine to a NEW 2003 Server with BES 4.0. what is the best way to go about this. Is there a site that explains the best way to do this?

Tom

Yes and no - the Blackberry.com site has the specifics of moving users etc.
Happy to give some more pointers but..

1) What mail server are you running inc. version?
2) How many users?
3) Where is your user DB - in MSDE on the server or on SQL?
4) What downtime period is acceptable?

cheers
