Yes it's possible to log SMS, can't say I've every bothered to check what's actually stored.

well erm howabout "Dis-allow 3rd party applications" -not hard for IT to turn on and completely screws you from adding and third party app you might want to install.
If you're that paranoid or got something to hide then why did you get your device added to the BES in the first place...oh and If it was my IT Dept I'd absolutely insist on a complete device wipe if you left...
Remember though that so much gets logged in average IT dept, that they won't look at your data trail as an reason to can you but it'll add to their case if you give them and excuse...
