I have just upgraded to 4.1 SP2 which i think is really cool, i would like to add a disclaimer for users to except when activating the device wirelessely. I know one can add a disclaimer before of after a users signature, i would like this to be accepted when activating the device.

don't think it's possible. not sure I understand the why you'd want to do that either..

If you do the generate and email a password, you can edit that email to say whatever you want.
