Default Mailbox Agent can't restart (10 of 24h)

I tried to solve my calendar synchronisation seems that the Mailbox Agent (MAGT), can't start anymore, here is the following log message from ALerte log: Any idea to restart Mailbox agent anyway ?

agent 1: will not restart - reached the maximum of 10 restarts per 24 hours

Usually do to database connection loss, permissions, or failed components will the BlackBerry messaging agents fail at which the BlackBerry controller will attempt to restart the agent. You should simply be able to restart the controller but a reboot will reinitalize your connection to exchange
