Okay, I have been out of pocket for a while. Just passed the Exchange 2003 cert, yippee..

now, I see that our BES has been upgraded and there are some cool new stuff on the console. I have just been tasked with writing an IT policy for my agency. So anyone have any templates, I could use? Or can anyone point me in the direction of the policy group descriptions....

pretty please???:

there was a really good thread here a while back where someone (Jibi?) posted an excel of all the IT policy settings and what that meant...might be worth a quick search...

my view is it depends a lot on the overall company size/policy, my experience is the larger the company the stricter the general IT policies which thus need to be replicated to blackberry..

shame no-one told these guys about IT policies in general...

I still have it on my to-do list to finish updating the spreadsheet for 4.1.2. I will try and finish that this week. I have highlighted the new additions in it, so that may help some people.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
