Default Temporary License

Please Login to Remove!

We currently have one live BES Server (V3) on Domino, and a new Server(V4) on Domino.

The version 3 server has a perm license key, the version 4 server is using a temp license key until we migrate everyone over (we have 4 users left to move).

The version 4 server has stopped sending messages to the handheld devices. On BES Manager the pending managers are constantly going up.

Could it be the temp license has expired ? If so how/where do I check to see if it has ?

The BBSRPTest util states succesful, so it can still talk to the network providers server ok.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

i think they're valiid for 71 days, so if you installed prior to that then you could be having issues. Your mobile co should be able to check with RIM.
