Default [Help] Unable to open attachment with BES log

Please Login to Remove!

The mailserver is domino. Fail to open attachment due to timeout. The other functions are all right. Check the MAGT log file, found following content:

why the jym receive the completed return of the request zhr send?
I think it should be the reason the user unable to open the email's attachment. How to resolve it?
