Hello,

You'll have to get the Nokia's firmware updated to the latest version before installing the BB sw to the Nokia.

Hope it helps!

sure you need "Blackberry Desktop Manager for Nokia" the generic RIM software doesn't work with connect devices...

Sorry to chuck a whole heap of questions but..

1) do you have other devices working on the BES? What email server are you running?

2) have you previously used a RIM Device with your user account?

3) Have you started the BB service on the device

4)Can you see a BB Pin showing on the device

5) do you ever get anywhere near "Please move the mouse around to generate an encryption key"

If you can get access to a RIM device I'd try to get that working first before moving onto the nokia. Chances are that your BES is not completely configured correctly and by testing with a RIM device you'll know one way or another..

repeatedly posting nobody? is not a great way of encouraging others to help...besides our American friends will be back at work tomorrow and you're likely to get more response then..

Default Noia BB Connect

Do you have a capitol B on the left side designated that the blackberry service is turned on and operational?

One time I had to delete and recreate the account on the BES before it would take.

ok I made some tests with that phone on another BES and it`t works .....I think it`s something on my BES express.....seems like doesn`t recognize user and that why I receive this error ....maybe I should look in logs for something? or it`s something with connection between BES and Exchange(this have a ISA too).....network tests with blackberry server seems to be ok
