Hello all

I have a Domino Server (6.5.4 FP1) which was running BES 4.0.12.
Today, I upgraded the BES server to 4.1.2

Everything seems to be working OK, however... BlackBerry Manager on the BES server is misreporting info. When I click on my (only) BES server in BB Manager, and check the "Wireless Message Reconciliation" column, it shows every handheld as "Disabled" - however, the devices are sending and receiving mail, and on each device the wireless reconciliation shows as ON.
I have tried completing a full synch of my BB via desktop manager, synch finishes OK but my BB still shows up on the server as "disabled" under "wireless message reconciliation".

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix?

you have to turn on wireless message reconciliation
1.In the BlackBerry Manager, in the left pane, click a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
2.On the Server Configuration tab, click Edit Properties.
3.Click Messaging.
4.In the Messaging Options section, click Wireless Message Reconciliation Enabled.
5.In the drop-down list, click Ture.
6.Click OK.

Thanks, but it already says TRUE under that view. The server is functioning fine, it just seems to be misreporting handheld status, and I'm not sure how to get it to show "enabled" as opposed to "disabled" under the "wireless message reconciliation" column on the main server view...

Click on "Refresh" button to pull new data from the SQL server. Or close and then re-open the manager client.

Jade, try on 1 user. Get him to toggle the handheld's Wireless Reconcilation option from YES to NO, save and then NO to YES and save. Then click "Refresh" and look at the BlackBerry Manager again.
