Default Errors in retrieving details from MDS

Please Login to Remove!

From the left hand pane, when i click on the MDS server I'm getting a "There were errors in retrieving data from the server" error. So i check the eventlog and I see this:

CMDSAGView: Bad hResult, -2147467261 - Object reference not set to an instance of an object., from AG web service call MDSAGAdminMgmt(testWsAccess - getServerStatus. Asking user to get SSL certificate.)

What does this mean and what could be a possible resolution?

Default

The default.jks key store does not contain the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the BlackBerry MDS Services for the AG Tomcat alias.

Your error matches that of RIM's KB article - KB-05539.
