Default need help with wireless activation issues (BES4.0 xchg2k3)

Please Login to Remove!

Ok here are my issues:

1) Sometimes takes along time to activate. Email comes into the inbox but just sits there. Also if activation is cancelled the email gets deleted from the inbox
2) Failes with an error saying contact your system admin.

How can i see where the hold up is? If the activation email goes into the inbox but sits there for awhile does that mean the exchange portion is having issues? How can i determin this?

How would I know if t-mobile is having wireless issues?

thanks in advance.

We have issues similar to this: usually have to attempt activation again. You may want to restart the policy services. That's where our activations usually stall.

I have fully rebooted the bes multiple times.

I was actually able to get the one BB activated. However now after it finished it allows him to send and items are pending but nothing is being forwarded to the BB.

On the BES side of things check your BESAdmin permissions, especially if you're seeing the activation email hanging in the users inbox.
