BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version: 4.1.2.20
Exchange 2003 SP2

I currently backup the C:\Program Files\Research In Motion, C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server, the system state and i also run the below command and backup the file.

"C:\BES Software\BESTools\blackberrydbbackup.exe" -d besmgmt -f "C:\BES Software\db_backup" -E

Is this all i need to be able to restore my server, also the steps in the document are unclear on what steps to take to recover the server!!

Can someone offer some advice or words of wisdom?
