Default Problem installing remote Blackberry Manager

BES 4.1.2 on Lotus notes


Trying to install the blackberry Manager BES 4.1 but when connecting to the SQL gets a version error.


Where can i get the new version of Blackberry Manger?

Run your SETUP.EXE for 4.1.2 on your workstation. Select "BlackBerry Manager" for the type and then complete the installation.

Or the Blackberry Manager your installing is too good for your BES. Check the BES version because you may need to install an older Blackberry Manager.

I'm having the same problem, and this doesn't work.

The setup for the 4.1.2 upgrade quits because the 4.1 install isn't complete.
But I can't finish the 4.1 installation without connecting to the remote database.
And I can't connect to the database because it tells me to install the 4.1.2 upgrade.

Does anyone know the right steps to install a remote BlackBerry Manager that connects to a 4.1.2 BES?
