HAHAHA!! More help than BB is willing to provide. What, no credit card? I got BES setup, you have to follow the installation guide and get your pre BES install done correctly. It isn't too difficult, I think they could put together a better manual though. The documentation is convoluted at times.

It's actually quite easy. I setup BES having never touched it before, and a Beta at that. Like dru said, pretty much follow the instructions, it's fairly self explanatory
