Please Login to Remove!

Hi, ALL

I am stuck here for 2 days.

I have installed it again and again. however, I never get it go further.

I have installed Small Biz Windows Server 2003 Premium Edition.
SQL Server 2000 SP3
Exchange version is 2003 Stardand Edition.

Before I install Bes 4.1.0, I have created a Account named BESADmin with Administrator Permision.

Install process everything is ok.

The issue is:

when I lanch Blackberry Manager, A Error dialog pops up says:

"Failed to open the default message store using the MAPI Profile 'BlackBerryManage',Please review the log for detail. You will not Be able to send message from BlackBerry Manager by Email"

I click Ok,Open BlackBerry Widows.
If I add a user from GAL.

The user status is: Initializing

What is the problem?
how to get solution ?
thanks

Don't want Deny my friend, revisit the pre-install checklist.

Send As
Receive As
Administer Information Store
Local Adminitrator
DB_owner
DB_create

I think that's just about it. Don't make it domain admins!!!!!!!
