Default Is anyone using a Blast to PIN 3rd party software?

Here is my situation,

I need to find a 3rd party software that works with groupwise to allow me to Blast PIN messages, like MetaMessage. I've been all over the metamessage site and it doesn't seem to work with Groupwise. Does anyone know of any other software?

Have you tried the send message option in the BlackBerry Manager? or are you looking for something different?

I'm looking for somthing for emergency purposes. If the BES is down, The users in our public saftey dept need to be about to contact groups of users. Metamessage allows this by there Blast to PIN.

I saw a vendor with just what you want

App seems slick as beyond PIN to PIN it offers document library etc .. didn't get pricing just got some info for our ECP/DR team.
