Default Unable to receive email

I have BB service from Nextel. Currently my BB is set up as internet service. I have configured a BES 4.1.2 server on our Lotus Domino network. When I update my calendar either in my client or on my BB, the other updates correctly. The same goes when I send email from my Notes Client, a copy of the sent email appears on my BB and looks like it was sent from there as well. What is NOT happening, is when emails are sent to my Notes Client from ANYWHERE, a copy is not being sent to my handheld. I have the settings configured to forward a copy i think.

any thoughts?
