BES version 18.104.22.168
I have a situation where the wireless sync does not work unless you force a Reconcile Now on messages.
I have done the following already:
1) Re-activated that BB with BES. I deleted the user entirely and went 100% from scratch.
2) Called Cingular's BB support to verify the proper settings for this to work. All of them checked out. Except for that one rep that told me that it doesn't work unless you force a reconcile. Yeah.
3) I have users where their wireless sync works flawlessly, and all of the settings match on both the BB and the BES server properties for their corresponding user account.
4) Reloaded the User.
5) Rebooted the BES machine.
After all of these, there are still some users whose Wireless Sync just will not work. Anything else I should try?
