Default What verson am I running

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know how to find out what if any service packs are installed. I'm running version 3.6.1.11

well based on RIM naming conventions, that will be 3.6 service pack 1. Time for an upgrade I think..

Agreed, and depending on your mail platform you are most likely in an un-supported environment...ie EX2003. 3.6.7 would be ideal if you don't want to jump into 4.0 or 4.1.

but if you're on Exchange 2003 why wouldn't you want to upgrade your BES to 4.1...it's much better than 3.6

sorry I didn't reply sooner......explaining would take to long but any way..

We are running Exchange 2000, preparing to upgrade to Exchange 2003 Standard and also upgrade to a 2003 domain.

I have a few question but assume I will need to start a new thread for each new topic?

depens whether they are losely related or not.. it's it's sub questions on the same topic then I'd put them all in on thread, if they are wildly different then put them in different threads. The besadmins tend not to bite

I would suggest "search this forum" first as it's likely some of your questions will have been covered before.
