Default License Key installation

Please Login to Remove!

I am administrator of a network for a customer who joined our ICT group.
I 've been trying to install extra 5 licenses to an existing 5 licenses on a BES server but i get the message saying ( The license key being entered is incompatible with license keys existing in your license Manager. Please contact your point of sale or BlackBerry support for assistance.) The License key that i have is correct. Can anyone help me out?
