Default Prepopulation Question

Please Login to Remove!

Having not set the prepopulation settings correctly before the first connection with my BB, can anyone tell me whether there is a way to get older e-mail in the Inbox synchronized to the BB? I assume that I could delete the user and do-over but I'd like to leave well-enough alone.

BTW, we are running BES 4.1 and Exchange.

Nope. I actually chatted with RIM about this recently. The only way to have old messages sent out to the device is to remove the user from the bes and re-add.
