Quick question:

Does RIM offer a trial version of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.0 ? Is it downloadable for evaluation ?

Yes, you will have to contact a RIM sales rep for an evaluation license. They'll give licenses up to 75 days depending on the size of your organization I think, maybe up to 10 or 20 users.

For the Exchange version, all T-numbered SRPs are 90 days. The user licenses are 120 days. You cannot extend an SRP past 90 days, although you can request another one for 90 more days (which I had to do since I was working on an issue with our test 4.0 server before I upgrade our production 3.6 server).

Just make sure you get it from RIM. I know TMO charges a fairly hefty fee for a test version.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
