| The BB Database stores most of this stuff for you, and some if it in your Exchange mailbox. If you remove yourself from the BES and add, it will pre-populate your e-mails, but dont count on a lot of other backup stuff to happen.
If for some reason somoene wipes their messages and wants it to prepop, i do this..
1. Backup the device completely using the Desktop Manager.
2. Remove user from BES. Leave the BB info in the mailbox.
3. Add user to BES.
4. Restore the BB from the backup, but do not sync back Contacts, Calendar, Messages, Tasks, Memos (since they sync wirelessly anyway)
5. Activate the user on the BES. The message prepop setting you have should push their messages back on there.
If you did not take a backup before you started this, you wont have your SMS messages. They are not stored in exchange.
