Default 8100 not able to send or receive email

Please Login to Remove!

I just added another 8100 with .64 applied to our BES. It initializes fine via USB with the BES but cannot send or receive email via wireless. When I try to send it a service book the BES fails to connect with the 8100. When I attempt to send an email from the device it fails and gives me this error message:

Sent Using:Destop(secure)
Message Status:Service Blocked

This is the 2nd 8100 that we added but the only one that has been a problem child.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Edit: Forgot to add. I have wiped this handheld several times. I can also send PIM messages so I know it's communicating with the wireless network.

In the past, i have had this message when T-Mobile dropped my Data service on my BB's. They do that sometimes. Try popping another SIM card in and trying it out.
