Question MDS service question

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I'm having some questions about MDS.
We have a prod BES server BES1 (i'm not the one who install it) with an active MDS conf using port 8080 for web server. When I type "netstat -an" I can see the line
TCP 0.0.0.0:8080 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
I need to install a new BES server BES2 with MDS with the same config.
I install the BES server, I configured it, I tested it with adding a user and maked some tests with a terminal, it works.
But (of course, there's a but) when i type the "netstat -an" command, there's no line with port 8080. The problem is that I need to install Bloomberg MDS Gateway. And when it try to access MDS on port 8080, it say it can't.
Furthermore, on BES1 I can access on http:/127.0.0.1:8080, but not on BES2.
If anybody have some clues or idea about this problem, thanks in advance.

Hi,
Is there anything to do (other than just specify web listen port and check "Set as MDS Push Server") to enable MDS ?
Thanks a lot

I look into "D:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\webserver" and open the file MDS_web_log.2006-12-06.txt
Here is the content :

I assume last line "CoyoteConnector Coyote can't register jmx for protocol" seems to say that the webserver didn't start...
