I've a problem with Content Protection on the bb's in my firm.
The content protection has been enabled on all users (up to 500), and now they have the problems related to it:

Caller id not identified
BlackBerry very Slow.

Is there a way to disable, with a policy or through a reg key,the Content Protection on all BlackBerry without ask the users to disable it manually?

Content Protection can be enabled/disabled by IT Policies on your BES (assuming you are running a BES). I believe the setting is something similar to "Content Protection Strength", at least on BES 4.0.

On 4.1.2 its under "Security Policy Group" and its named "Content Protection Strength".

I set this on our servers and now when I "disable" content protection it does not push the change out to the handhelds - the handhelds must be manually changed to "disable" on content protection under security settings. Anyone know of a way to have the policy actually work to force disable on the device?

NM - RIM has stated that this particular policy cannot be overwritten, need to have all users manually disable this...
