Default Slow mail reconcile on BES 4.0

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new BES 4.0 server where everything is working fine except for wireless email reconciliation. If a user reads an email on the handheld it takes 90 minutes to be reflected on the desktop. Same story the other way. The calendar, contacts etc all sync immediately.

I don't see any setting on BES 4.0 that I can change. Any ideas on why this might be happening?

Thanks

Default

90 minutes sounds a little excessive. I think the timeout for calendar, read/delete mails, tasks, etc... is around 20 minutes. Address book changes are reconciled every 4 hours I believe.
