Exclamation configuration...???

Please Login to Remove!

I have one bes, and one user is moving from one exchange server to another. Also, the exchange servers are in another administration group. my bes, only has "access" to the exchange servers in my admininstration group.

I have forgotten the configuration, but unless my bes account has the "special permissions to these exchange servers, I can not support this person any longer, right?

correct. the BES service account must have Read-Only Administrative access on all servers that users will live on.

You will still need the read-only permissions on the servers you want to check email for, regardless of what version of BES you are running

FYI bbgirl. You might want to check out the technology conference at the DC convention center over the next few days. RIM and other bb affiliates will have quite a few reps there, as well as a number of other companies.

Mark Rejhon, a moderator here and the most active contributor/poster, works for Idokorro now.
