Sorry if this has been answered previously, I did a search and eyeballed the topics a while before asking. Just set up BES 4.0 one month ago, all handhelds have been upgraded to OS 4.0. Using Exchange. User stats show filtered messages on some users but not all, but no filters are set up on the server or handheld(s), that I am aware of. Any ideas what may be causing this? Thanks!

Check the filters again. If those aren't set, then it will likely be someone has it cradled and marked not to redirect while cradled (default setting).
