We havethe BES 4.0 and for some reason we are not receiving the meeting notices on the BB.

What happens is the meeting request is sent to us and we can get it on our desktop outlook (to accept or decline) but it doesn't come in our bb to accept or decline.

But, if we add the meeting from outlook, it actually puts in on the blackberry calendar.

We just never have the option to accept/decline via Blackberry.

We have the same problem. We are running exchange 2k on server 2k
BES 4 on server 2003 w/ 2003 exchange manager.

Every other feature works fine.
excepts this and wireless cal sync.
if we make changes in outlook eveything is fine. But any chages on the BB never make it to the server..

Is this a CDO.dll problem? I have tryed the dll from the 2k and from 2k3. works the same with both.

and is there a work around, without having to put the BES 4 on a 2k server?

I have this issue for a user for a user on a 3.6.4 BES. RIM is stumped and hasn't been able to fix yet. Can you guys tell me if you are seeing any IDispatch Errors in your logs?

with the 3.6 person, are you sure they have it marked to do wireless synchronization for the calendar?

Yes...wireless sync is on and working correctly. User just doesn't see the invites on the bb. Everytime we send test invites we see an IDispatch Error #1277. The only documentation RIM has on it is related to an incorrect homeMTA attribute in Active Directory; however, the user's homeMTA is correct and T-Support is totally stumped.
