So I've been running on BES Express (4.1) for several months now, and it's worked perfectly. We recently started a business account with T-Mobile, and with it, they gave us a full version of BES. This version came with a SRP ID and SRP Auth key. Is there any way I can do an in-place upgrade of my BES express using the SRP information from the new full version I recieved?

I read a few articles in the blackberry online knowledgebase about this, and all of them referred to the fact that I'd need a CAL to do this.

Any ideas?

The ONLY thing that makes your bes an Express BES is the 1 user CAL it came with.

If you want to use your SBE cals with your enterprise CALS you got from TMO you will need to get an upgrader key. $$$

If you dont mind losing your SBE cals then just close everythign on the BES server, drop all of the rows from the licensekeys table, open up the BB manager and then put in your net Enterpise CAL.
