Hello and good morning, I am new to BB/BES and have the current problem:

I have BES Express 4.1.2.20 running 1 BB 8700 . Wireless sync works, I get my email (sometimes even faster than on desktop Outlook!), calendar synchronizes over wireless.

However, I have two *frustrating* problems:

Problem 1
When I have replied to a new incoming email on my Outlook, most of the times, I do not get the REPLIED icon next to the email. Sometimes, it works and sometimes not. I have been observing it for the past 48 hours but can't find the right pattern.

Problem 2
Email replied either on BB or Outlook does not show as REPLIED icon on BB. I read somewhere that any email replied will show up on BB as REPLIED icon.

Any suggestions most welcome?
