Default BES 4.0 and Blackberry "polling"

Please Login to Remove!

I have noticed (and had user complaints) that since the BES 4.0 upgrade the devices seem to stall and the GRPS transfer arrows flash up. Is there a way to reduced the frequency of this?

Also we have a few 7200 series that have been upgraded to firmware 4.0... Since that then the device is running a bit slower... I am putting it down to less free memory on the device... Thoughts.

There is currently not a way to reduce or change the polling times for different services.

How is this affected by the device setting to encrypt and/or compress user data on the device? (System | Security, Content Protection/Compression)
