I had Microsoft work with me on a rights issue on Exchange 2003 Enterprise. In the process they've messed up my BESADMIN rights. I can see the Global List when I choose a user, but after I choose them it errors out with:
"Unable to Open Mailbox for User. The User's mailbox may have been deleted."
I checked and BESADMIN has Send As and Receive As rights on the entire Mailbox Store. What other rights do I need to change?
Also, I'm not able to restart the BES Alert service.
