Default Can't add users after BESADMIN rights

Please Login to Remove!

I had Microsoft work with me on a rights issue on Exchange 2003 Enterprise. In the process they've messed up my BESADMIN rights. I can see the Global List when I choose a user, but after I choose them it errors out with:
"Unable to Open Mailbox for User. The User's mailbox may have been deleted."

I checked and BESADMIN has Send As and Receive As rights on the entire Mailbox Store. What other rights do I need to change?

Also, I'm not able to restart the BES Alert service.

Let me add to this.... I can add users that have previously been Blackberry users. If I try to add someone who has never been a blackberry user I get the error in previous post. Ideas?

Okay, found the answer on my own. It's at the blackberry support site under KB04189

As for the Alert service. Looks like it hung when I tried to stop it so I'll restart the server to get it back.
