Default Laptop email works... BB does not? - 03-06-2007, 10:25 AM

When I send an email via lotus notes to someone at SAM's club it goes through fine. However, sending or responding to a SAM's club email it does not reach the person and I do not get any type of error? Strange, do you think they might be blocking some kind of traffic that would drop the BB email's but not from lotus? I've yet to see a domain I could not send BB mails to.

And try to get help from SAM"s IT Dept? Wish me luck!
Anyone out there run into this type of thing yet?

What email address are you using when sending a message to SAMS club? Check, because you might be using the BIS one (if you have it setup) [email address] or whatever they give you. I don't know what the xtension is. You want the option to say "sending from Desktop" if your Blackberry is a corporate one. Which I suppose it is cause you posted this in the BES admin corner.
