Sorry, but couldn't find this in the archives.
I have a user that is able to send email from the BlackBerry; however, he can only receive email from accounts inside the corporate domain. For example, say our domain is company.com. An email from
will go to the BlackBerry, but an email from
will not. He does get the message in his Outlook mailbox.
we have done everything we can think of. resent service books, encryption keys, moved from one BES to another. Deleted the account from BES and purged it then re-added it to the BES and reactivated. Tried a new device, new SIM Card, you name it. Checked Exchange and look alright there, too.
any ideas, anyone?
