Default BES dosen't start automatically after reboot

Hi Guys,

I have been asked to look after our BEs at work and we currently have an issue when the Server (win2003 server) reboots.

If the server is rebooted manually or automatically after an Windows update
we have to go into Blackberry Enterprise Server Management and click Start Server before the Blackberrys get any emails.

The BES is 3.6.2.14

Any ideas?

Are all the BB services set to Auto and actually starting after the re-boot?

he's right, make sure the BB services are set to auto...if they are and they arent starting, look in the event viewer and see whats causing the problem of them not starting
