Default BES Manager Client Installation

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm having a few issues installing Blackberry Manager on my new computer at work.

Our BES is running version 4.1.3.18 (Which I installed through SP3)

I am trying to install BES Manager on my desktop- I am unable to install a straight install via SP3, as no previous version of BES is installed (which makes sense)

I installed BES 4.1 on my desktop, rebooted & carried on with the DB setup, which didn't work- as it say's it's the incorrect version for the DB.

I cancelled the DB setup part of the installation & went to install SP3 (thinking this would solve my problem) but I am unable to install SP3. My computer comes up saying "You must sign in with the same account that you used for the installation stage of the setup program" - I am doing this though! I have tried installing both with our "BESAdmin" account, also as "Administrator" and as myself (I have Admin Rights"

Has anyone else had this problem, or know of a way to resolve it? I was wondering if there was a full install of BES 4.1 that includes SP3 that I could try installing instead, but I have been unable to find this.

Our BES server is running Windows 2003, Our SQL server is running Windows 200 & SQL Server 8 (SP3) my desktop is running Windows 2000 (SP4) if that helps.

Hopefully someone will be able to help, as I am pulling my hair out at the minute.

Thanks
